The course itself might be fine, but the layout threw me off. Some lessons felt like they were out of order, and I had to poke around a bit to find what I needed. It just didn’t flow very smoothly, so it was harder to follow than I expected

"Helpful classes, but the audio kept getting in the way"
The classes seemed like they could be really useful, but the audio was rough. Some parts were muffled, and the volume kept jumping around, so I had to keep replaying sections just to catch what was being said. It got annoying fast. it felt a bit like moving goalposts — just when I thought I was following along, the sound would change or drop off and I’d have to backtrack again.

"Billing was alright, just kinda unclear"
I used amenuniversity.com and the actual course part was good, no big issues there. The billing stuff though was a little confusing tbh. I had to click around for a while to figure out what I was being charged for and when it would happen. Nothing bad or crazy happened, it just didnt feel super upfront. Support did get back to me, but it took a bit. Overall it was okay, but they could def make the billing info clearer...

"Refund was handled without any hassle"
Just wanted to share in case anyone else is wondering about refunds, I asked for one and it was sorted out quickly. There wasn’t any big back-and-forth, and the money came back like they said it would. If you’re in the same boat, I’d say just reach out and keep an eye on your account...

"Helpful, though it felt a little padded"
I’d probably give Amen University 4 stars. The lessons were easy enough to follow, and I appreciated that a lot of it was actually practical instead of just abstract ideas. I was able to use a few tips right away in my daily routine and at work, which was the main thing I was hoping for. Some sections did feel a bit slow or repetitive, almost like they were stretching the material more than they needed to, but overall I still got value from it.

I don’t know, this just felt more like someone’s opinion than anything really backed up. There were a few points here and there, but overall it didn’t do much to convince me

This course was mostly a win for me. The info was useful, and I didn’t feel like I needed a decoder ring to follow along, which is always a relief. That said, a few lessons did drag a bit and felt almost too basic, like the plot had paused for a dramatic recap. But overall, it helped me understand the topics better, so I’d still say it was worth the time

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first, but for what I paid, I think it was a fair deal. The lessons were easy to follow, and I felt like I got a decent amount out of it. It’s only fair to say that, for the money, it delivered well.

I took the course mainly because I needed the CE credits, but that part ended up being the most frustrating piece. The experience itself would’ve been fine if the credits had posted smoothly, but I’m still waiting and have had to keep following up. For something that’s supposed to be straightforward, it turned into way more of a headache than I expected.

Not gonna lie, the instructors really know their stuff and I ended up learning a lot. I just wish the lessons moved a little faster sometimes, but overall it was a solid experience.

I felt a little embarrassed, because I thought enrolling would be straightforward and I kept getting stuck. A few of the pages didn’t really make it clear what I was supposed to do next, so I ended up waiting around for replies and second-guessing myself. I did eventually get enrolled, but the whole process was more frustrating than it needed to be.

The mobile site works well enough, I guess, but the buttons are way too small. Like, why am I having to carefully aim just to tap something? It’s not a huge deal, but it gets old fast when you’re trying to do anything quickly.

I was hoping to walk away feeling like I had really learned something useful, especially since I’d set aside time for it after a busy week, but the outcomes just felt kind of weak. It wasn’t terrible or anything, and maybe other people got more from it than I did, but for me it didn’t really feel like enough.

I took a course on amenuniversity.com and the assessments were clear for the most part, the questions made sense and I usually understood what they were asking without having to reread everything a bunch of times, which made the whole thing feel a lot smoother. There were a few spots where I think they could’ve explained things a little better, but it wasn’t anything that totally threw me off. Overall it was a good experience, just not quite perfect.

I had a small account issue and didn’t expect much when I messaged support, but yeah, they got back to me quickly. The reply was clear, not overly complicated or anything, and they helped me sort it out without making it a whole thing. Just nice, I guess, when a support team actually answers and helps. Overall, really good experience.

"The workbooks felt kind of thrown together"
I was really hoping the workbooks would help more, but they felt rushed. Some of the pages repeated the same idea, and a few prompts just kind of dropped you in without explaining what you were supposed to do.
For the price, I expected clearer materials and maybe better examples or instructions. It ended up making things harder to follow instead of helping, which was frustrating. I was disappointed overall.

I took the certification mostly because I figured it might be useful for work, and yeah, it was. The material was easy enough to follow, not too overwhelming or anything. And now I’ve got something more official to show clients, which just makes those conversations feel a bit easier, I guess

"Access ended way too soon"
The access ended way too quickly for what I paid. I barely got to use it before it was over, so for me it just didn’t feel worth it. Like… make it make sense.
